This continues for as long as the recruit stays in Exit and generates sales.
With the exit Formula, a broker associate can earn more than 100% of commissions they generate. Residuals can add up quite nicely; for example a recruit earning $60,000 gross in commissions will earn the sponsoring agent $6,500 in a year. If that agent stayed 8 years, that would generate $52,000.
Exit's Formula provides another new dimension to the real estate industry... a retirement plan! Residuals will continue (at 7% of gross commissions) after a sponsoring agent retires from Exit. Not only that, upon your death, your designated beneficiary would inherit 5%.
